Five paragraphs, one point of focus.

ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and DeepSeek write five paragraphs in the time it takes to find the first point. EyeStill reads the answer to you one word at a time, right under the message — no scrolling, no losing your place, no skimming past the detail you asked for.

01 — How it works

One click from the answer to reading it.

  1. 01

    A button under every answer.

In the chat's own action row, next to copy and share, EyeStill adds a small eye with the reading time — “~1 min” instead of a scroll bar. While the model is still writing, it pulses.

  2. 02

Read it right where it is.

Click it, or press Alt + Q for the latest answer. Reading opens right under the message, at one point of focus — no new tab, no copy and paste.

  3. 03

Jump by paragraph, not by scroll.

Square brackets move a paragraph back or forward, arrows change speed or step a word. Long answer worth keeping? Alt + R opens it in the full EyeStill reader.

02 — Cleaned up first

You read the answer, not the page around it.

Chat pages wrap answers in a lot of interface. Before a word reaches the line, EyeStill takes out what you would skip with your eyes anyway.

Thinking blocks
The model's visible reasoning is skipped; you read the answer.
Citations and source chips
Footnote markers and link badges don't interrupt the sentence.
Drafts and code headers
Alternate drafts and “copy code” labels are left out of the stream.
Duplicated math
Formulas rendered twice by the page are read once.
03 — Where it works

The chats you already use. And any text you select.

Everywhere else — an article, a doc, a long email — select the text and press Alt + Q, or right-click and choose “EyeStill speed reading”.

04 — Details
Words or meaning groups
Read one word at a time, or two-three word groups (“in the cache”, “at the edge”) for a calmer rhythm at high speed.
Paced by the language
Rare and long words get a beat longer, common ones less, and sentence ends a short pause — from word-frequency data for English and Russian.
Read in your browser
Answers are cleaned and read right in the page; the extension doesn't upload them. Opening one in the full reader follows the reader's privacy notes.

Read the answer, not the scroll bar.

Install the extension, open any chat, press Alt + Q.
